I look at this girl at her 50th birthday party. My heart hurts for her; so sick. MS was out of control, anxiety and depression was a fight everyday. Insomnia, IBS and heartburn.
I was on so many different pain medications that sometimes I didn’t know what was going on around me.
On top of all of that, I was fighting heart disease.
I will always love this girl. She fought everyday to get better. Then her God gave her a second chance to be who she was meant to be. During my ten year journey, through clean eating and integrated nutrition I have been able to live a healthier life, rid my body of toxins and reduce my medications entirely.
I’m healthier now at 60 then I’ve been my whole life .
