And remove the papery outer layer of the garlic, leaving skin on all the cloves.  Step #2: Drizzle the top of the garlic with olive oil.  Step #3: Sprinkle with salt.  Step #4: Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes.
